2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using orightt.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prona Pty Ltd is not currently registered for GST and therefore GST is not charged on purchases. All displayed prices are the final prices you pay.
• Prona Pty Ltd ABN 25 678 903 047 is not currently registered for GST. Should our turnover exceed the GST registration threshold of A$75,000, we will update our pricing and this policy accordingly.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
• Product images are for illustration purposes only — actual products may vary slightly
• We source products from international suppliers — products ship directly from our suppliers

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing
• We accept payment via credit card and debit card through our secure payment provider (Stripe)
• Payment is processed in AUD
• You will receive an order confirmation email after successful payment

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to Australia — delivery takes approximately 10–15 business days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order
• Free standard shipping on orders over A$99 (excludes oversized items)
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances beyond our control
• Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Defective or damaged items: We will provide a full replacement or refund at no cost to you
• Change of mind: We offer store credit only for change of mind returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

8. Spin to Win Promotion

• One spin per customer per email address
• Prizes are as displayed on the wheel at time of spinning
• Discount codes expire 48 hours after issue
• Free item prizes are redeemable with a minimum order value as specified
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time

9. Intellectual Property

All content on orightt.com including text, graphics, logos and images is the property of Prona Pty Ltd or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prona Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
